A born saleswoman and entrepreneur, she started working for a top wedding dress company in the Fashion District, before quickly working her way up to Head Designer at the company. At the age of 22, she started her own company designing custom wedding dresses from her home in Beverly Hills, which quickly turned into a successful business. She has designed dresses for top celebrities, influencers and high-net worth individuals. She had clients flying in from around the world to get her designs. She turned her passion of dress designing into buying/selling real estate. In real estate, she takes the time to inform clients, she goes over every meticulous detail from beginning to end. She listens to the clients and gets them what they want and envision for their future, whether it’s buying their first family home, buying a second home, a vacation home or investing in properties. Nicole has the reach to make it happen for you, she goes above and beyond. She specializes not only on on-market homes, but off-market properties, to bring properties to her clients before they ever hit the market to the general public/realtors.
