An International Business major at California State University Long Beach, Joseph was able to attain a business proficiency level of linguistics in Japanese within the four years of his collegiate career. Joseph additionally held a prominent position as the Vice President of Corporate Relations for CSULB’s College of Business Administration, attaining sponsorships and speaker series to benefit the student populace. Keeping academics at the forefront of his mind, Joseph spent his four years at CSULB in the University Honor’s Program, and furthermore graduated with Honors from the college.
Joseph quickly entered his professional career being hired for a prestigious managerial training program at one of the largest hospitality development groups in Japan – Plan Do See. Working in Kobe, Japan under the tutelage of this company, Joseph established a work-ethic that is seldom seen. The long hours and extensive studies that went into this work pursuit were further defined as Joseph returned to the States and entered his domestic career as a Marketing Manager. Joseph continued his career in that facet as a Media Project Coordinator for Coca-Cola North America, managing the entirety of ad runs for the company’s Western and Central America marketplaces.
Transitioning into his real estate career, Joseph has worked with top real estate companies including Kennedy Wilson Properties, Ltd. and Lincoln Property Company West. Joseph further bolstered his career pursuits by acquiring both his Real Estate Sales Agent License, and later, his Real Estate Broker’s License which he quickly used by closing his first residential sales transaction at $60,000 over list price. A dedicated and focused workhorse, Joseph grew his expertise in understanding market dynamics, property branding, and property development by working on large capital projects that enhanced both the appeal and functionality of his portfolio.
